Introduce yourself: what brought you to freeze drying?

Tell us where you are in the journey (thinking about a first machine, or already selling) and what you most want to figure out. I'll start: I'm here because the value-add angle fascinates me, and I want this to be the place where people compare notes honestly. This board is for questions and discussion, not buying or selling. Always check current rules with the state.
